SUMMER BAND REHEARSALS THIS WEEK

• 3:00pm-8:00pm
• COLOR GUARD HAS A DIFFERENT SCHEDULE (Mr. Singletary will communicate)
• 3pm-5:15pm is indoors, 5:15pm-8:00pm is outdoors
• Brass meet in Band Hall, Woodwinds meet in
• We will have a 25min break at 4:50pm. Students may bring snacks for the break.
• Have the following at the track
  • Instrument (tubas need to get sousaphones)
  • Percussion start on the field; Mr. Locke will have instructions for you
  • Water
  • Sunglasses
  • Sunscreen
  • Flip Folder
  • Music
• Have your ID to scan-in for attendance

DUAL CREDIT MEETING ON TUESDAY

If you are taking dual credit classes, you may leave rehearsal at the 5:40pm for your required meeting from 6pm-7pm (5:45pm check-in) on Tuesday.

UPTEMPO FUNDRAISER

UpTempo Fundraiser emails will begin to go out tomorrow! Please make sure your student has their emails loaded and ready to go. If they still need to set up an account they can do so at, https://tinyurl.com/yynjufq7 Our goal is

$200 for every student, that's 10 people to donated $20. The funds raised will go to support the Allen Band and Colorguard programs. Questions, email Amber at fundraising@allenband.com

PREMIERE NIGHT DINNER

ABBA will be offering Band Students the opportunity to purchase a Chic-fil-A dinner before Premiere Night's call time. Starting at 5:00pm students can purchase a Chic-fil-A sandwich and bottle of water for $5. If you would like chips will have chips available to purchase for $1. In an effort to know how many Chic-fil-A sandwiches to have on hand we would like everyone to complete this Google form. https://forms.gle/ezmKnAon1g3M6b8k9 Parents we have not forgotten you, we will have extra sandwiches on hand available on a first come first serve basis for the same price as the students.
