2024 - 2025 Audition Information


This year auditions for the Allen Color Guard will be VIRTUAL! This means that everything will be self-paced (over 2.5 weeks), and auditions will be submitted through the canvas course.

MANDATORY STUDENT/PARENT MEETING

  • January 16, 2024 @ 6:00 PM, in the AHS Band Hall
  • Will be your opportunity to ask questions and go over 2024-2025 calendar, fall/winter fees, audition process, and more!

Flag Pick Up Information

  • January 16, 2024: 4:30 - 6:00 PM @ AHS Performing Arts Center Entrance
  • January 18, 2024: 5:00 - 7:00 PM @ AHS Performing Arts Center Entrance
  • Flags will be checked out using students ID number. If student does not return flag, the student will be charged $80.00 to replace silk and PVC pole.

Help Session Information

  • January 18, 2024: 5:00 - 7:00 PM
  • January 24, 2024: 5:00 - 7:00 PM
  • January 30, 2024: 5:00 - 7:00 PM
  • Help sessions will be available to all students on dance and flag.
  • Help sessions will be led through our Student Leadership Team.

Audition Due Date

  • February 1, 2024: Due in Canvas BY MIDNIGHT!
  • It is highly suggested that you film early and submit early and not to procrastinate.
  • LATE SUBMISSIONS WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED.
