When: March 5-12, 2020
Group A: March 5-March 11/Group B: March 6-March 12

Deposits are due on April 25, 2019 (see payment schedule below)

Who: All students enrolled in the band/guard program for the 2019-2020 year. Parents/families can come on the trip in separate companion packages (worked with our travel agent).

Families can extend their trip beyond the band dates - please contact Paul Davis (contact information is below).

Please note that you can still register for the trip throughout the summer with July 27, 2019 as the final deadline to pay the non-refundable deposit. Please understand that the second payment is also due on July 27, 2019. If you pay the deposit on July 27, you will also need to make Payment #2 ($150 + $350 = $500 due on July 27).

* July 27, 2019 (Band Registration @ AHS) - $350 Payment #2
* August 20, 2019 - $350 Payment #3
* September 27, 2019 - $350 Payment #4
* October 25, 2019 - $350 Payment #5
* November 22, 2019 - $350 Payment #6
* December 20, 2019 - $300 Payment #7
* January 31, 2020 - $300 Payment #8
