Itinerary & Information:

Our itinerary is starting to take shape. Click the link below to see our working itinerary. This is not a final itinerary, but you can get an idea of what we will be doing! We are planning on seeing the Chicago Symphony, seeing the Broadway show The Lion King, taking pictures on the top of Willis Tower, eating Chicago Deep Dish at Giordano’s, celebrating your performance on a dinner/dance cruise on Lake Michigan with the opportunity for fantastic pictures of the Chicago skyline, AND MORE!!! This is a fantastic Trip!

This is a net profit of $100,000.  This will allow $800 to come off the cost of the trip.


Events:

This December the Allen Eagle Escadrille will have 3 Ensembles, consisting of 130 kids, traveling to Chicago to perform at The Midwest Clinic International Band, Orchestra and Music Conference. Help them with this incredible opportunity. Show your Allen pride with these easy to apply, peel and stick curb decals. They are reflective and skid resistant. Apply to dry surface such as curbs or walkways. Select your design, choose your font, and provide your house number. Decal size is 5”x24”. All decals are $25 each. Orders for this fundraiser have closed.

Carrabba’s Dinner and Silent Auction:  A wonderful evening of music, dinner and a silent auction will take place on Monday, September 26 at 6:00 pm in the PAC Commons. Students need to invite 4-5 guests to purchase tickets to the event and participate in the silent auction. Students will be providing entertainment for this evening. We will ask parents for help seeking donations for the silent auction. Tickets will go on sale August 15.

Practice-A-Thon:  Students will seek pledges or direct donations for practicing.  There is an attached Pledge Sheet and Practice Log for students to keep track of information.  The goal is for every student to earn $200 in pledges/donations.  This fundraiser will run from June 1 to July 30.
