About the Banquet

Band Banquet is our annual end-of-season celebration for the Allen Eagle Band & Color Guard. It’s an opportunity to bring students, families, directors, and volunteers together to recognize accomplishments, celebrate our seniors, and reflect on an extraordinary year. From the excitement of Beneath the Waves to the unforgettable Tournament of Roses Parade®, the banquet honors the full scope of the season and the people who made it possible.

Location: Allen High School Performing Arts Center (PAC)
Attire: Dressy casual to semi-formal (Jackets and dresses are common, but not required.)

  • 5:30 PM – Doors open

  • 7:00 PM – Awards and recognitions

  • 8:00 PM – Presentations

  • 8:30 PM – Student activities and celebration

  • 10:00 PM – Event Concludes

Ticket Sales Timeline

  • March 1: Ticket sales open

  • April 19: Last day for seniors to buy tickets and receive Sr. shirt.

  • April 30: Ticket sales close

Pricing Information

  • Senior Band / Color Guard Students: $25
    • Seniors must purchase tickets by April 19 to receive a senior t-shirt

  • Freshman, Sophomore, and Junior Band / Color Guard Student: $30

  • Family Members / Non-Band Student Guests: $35 

 

Attendance Notes

  • Parents and guardians are welcome to attend Band Banquet

  • Each attendee must have their own ticket

  • All tickets must be purchased by April 30

  • Tickets will not be available at the door

Non-Allen High School Guests
Students who plan to bring a guest who is not currently an Allen High School student (including guests from another school or individuals who have already graduated) are required to complete a Non-Allen Guest Form in advance. This requirement does not apply to parents or family members attending the event.

Dinner & Seating


Dinner is included with each ticket and will feature wood-grilled chicken marsala with a rich Marsala wine sauce, savory pasta, crisp Caesar salad, and freshly baked bread, prepared on site by Carrabba’s Italian Grill. Guests will have the opportunity to note any dietary needs when purchasing tickets.


Seating will be arranged to support the flow of the program and student activities throughout the evening.


Senior Information


Band Banquet is a special evening for our graduating seniors, and we want to be sure every senior is fully included in the celebration.


Senior Tickets & T-Shirts

  • Discounted senior ticket pricing is available

  • Seniors must purchase their ticket by April 19 to receive a senior t-shirt

Senior Slideshow

  • Seniors will be featured as part of the evening program

  • Details and submission instructions for senior photos will be requested as part of the senior ticket process.

Seniors are encouraged to review all senior-specific information carefully to ensure participation in each portion of the program.
