FYI: I added a link to this page on the front page of the web site. It is at the top in the "Hot Links" section. That link will stay there.

UPDATE: FEBRUARY 2011

Many of you have not gone on to Charms yet to update information, check balances, corrected e-mails, etc…… I am still having approximately 20 to 25 e-mails returned when I have sent out group messages. Please log onto Charms to update or make any changes as this is the best line of communication to reach such a large number with important information.

If you have trouble with your log in, please contact me and I will do my best to “fix” the problem. Once you have logged into your account, in the finance section, please only look at the “box” (trip, band fees, fundraising, etc…) you would like to review and not
the entire page as a whole. The system is set up in a way that every finance operation is added and subtracted together which will state the incorrect amounts paid and due at the top of the page.
