With morning band rehearsals under way, the following diagram ( paste link please ) is for everyone to abide by when dropping off your student(s) at the AHS track stadium. Please be aware there are approximately 760 students trying to rush to the field at the same time in the mornings and on game days. To assist us and your student in making a much smoother and happier drop off routine, there are a few things you can do to help out.
- Do not arrive at the time rehearsal is to begin. Everyone else is trying to arrive at the same time, which makes for a dangerous situation for the students and causes a major traffic jam!
- All students should be on the field ready to rehearse when Mr. Pennington begins.

- I suggest you arrive at a minimum of 10 to 15 minutes early! Better to be early than late!!!
- When everyone follows the drop off diagram, the crosswalk will remain open to cross safely!
Please have patience! We want everyone to arrive to the same location safely!
