Tailgate Dinner
And Concert

The Escadrille tailgate concert consists of the middle school bands, high school band & the Color Guard performing together. This year’s concert will take place on Thursday, September 23rd, 2010 at the AHS Practice Field. Tailgate concert starts at 7:00pm.

The tailgate dinner will be two pieces of wood fire rotisserie chicken with two sides, roll & a drink provided by Cowboy Chicken. If you plan to participate in this evening’s meal, each student & each parent will need to purchase a dinner ticket in advance. NO dinner tickets will be sold at the event. Dinner tickets for students are $5.00 each and adults are $7.00 each. Dinner begins at 5pm for Escadrille & Middle School Band students, adults will start after the students.

Our annual Silent Auction will also take place this same evening during the dinner & concert. Items have donated by individuals & businesses in & around the Allen community. If you have any new items you would like to donate for our auction you may contact, Barbara McNutt at Barbara@airbagsystems.com. Silent Auction starts at 5:00pm and ends at 6:50pm.

Dinner ticket orders can be dropped off in the AHS/LFC white box or given to MS band directors. Dinner tickets must be ordered by Friday, September, 17th, 2010.

Dinner tickets will be delivered Monday, September, 20th, 2010 at the Monday evening rehearsal between 6-7:30pm. Middle school dinner tickets will be delivered to the MS band director.

Band students, wear your blue polo

Food will be served starting at 5:00pm
Auction is from 5:00pm to 6:50pm
Students meet on practice field at 6:15pm
Concert starts at approximately 7:00pm

Duck Race Entry Details

If you want to pick a duck for the Duck Race, please provide us with at least (3) numbers between 1 and 500 per duck. Numbers have already been selected by others; therefore we will go through your numbers in the order they are provided. Please provide us with your email so we can send you your selected number.
The Duck Race will be conducted at the Natatorium in Allen. We will place all of the ducks in the holding pool so they can naturally be mixed up, we will then release them down the Lazy River. They will float (3) times around the river, then we will pull out the 1st, 2nd, and 3rd place ducks when they pass the finish line. We will also pull out the last duck to finish the race. We will announce the Winners at the Tailgate Dinner.
