Banquet Ticket Order Form
TICKETS:
• Tickets include dinner, dancing, fun, and a walk down memory lane.
• This is an annual family event sponsored by the Allen Band Booster Association.
• Escadrille student tickets are applicable for all currently active Escadrille members.
• Non-Escadrille student tickets are applicable only for siblings or dates. Dates are optional. Many Escadrille members will be at this function without dates. There is a limit of one date per Escadrille student. This limit does not apply to family members of the Escadrille member.
• Adult tickets are for all Escadrille parents and adult family members. These tickets are also applicable to adult guests specifically invited by Escadrille Staff or the Allen Band Booster Association.
• This is a semi-formal function. This means dresses for girls and nice slacks/dress shirt/tie for boys (coats are not required.) Appropriate shoes are required (no tennis shoes, flip-flops, etc.) SCHOOL DRESS CODE APPLIES TO THIS EVENT.
TICKET ORDER INSTRUCTIONS:
• Complete the ticket order form in full below.
• Make out a check payable to the Allen Band Booster Association for the total dollar amount ordered.
• Place order form and the check into an envelope. Label the outside of the envelope with the student’s name, grade, and organization (Band, Tallenettes, Color Guard.) This will ensure a speedy return of your tickets.
• Drop the labeled envelope in one of the white boxes located in the freshman band hall or the AHS band hall.
• Tickets will also be available for purchase from Kelley Hester in the HS band office during the last week of sales. You must have a completed form and a check for the total number of tickets you wish to purchase.
• All ticket orders must be received on or before May 12 at 4:00 p.m. Ticket orders will not be accepted after this date.
• Ticket orders will be filled and delivered to students on May 17th and 18th through their organization’s director. TICKETS ARE NON-REFUNDABLE.
