I agree to attend the San Antonio enrichment trip on March 26-28, 2004. I also agree to make payments by the specified dates below. Failure to meet payment deadlines could result in forfeiture of trip reservation. Total cost of the trip will be $200, based on quad occupancy. $25 of the $50 deposit is non-refundable. Eligibility is a major concern in dealing with the spring trip. If a student is ineligible during the time period of our trip, he/she cannot attend the trip and this could result in a forfeiture of funds.
