Mid-Winter Concert Schedule

Concert Tuxes and Dresses - As of Jan 31, 2012 all students should have been issued their concert uniform for next week's mid-winter concerts. Many of the outfits are brand new and may need a hem. Final trip payment due date Thursday, Feb. 2nd. Students have signed up for rooms and buses already however, if they are not paid up in full, their room requests will not be submitted.

Mark your calendars for a required parent trip meeting scheduled for March 1st, 7:00 pm in the PAC of AHS. One parent of each student traveling to LA will need to be in attendance. This will be an informational meeting as well as a time to fill out new health forms for the trip. The countdown has begun! Only 5 weeks before travel!

Please check your Charms account for updated and accurate contact information and make any necessary changes. The more you do now, the less you will have to do at registration! Charms is one of our main ways of getting information out to such a large group at one time. It is vital that all information is correct, especially e-mails and addresses.
